These terms govern your use of the Dr. Cem Smile Design website ("the website") and any consultation booking made through it. By using the website you agree to these terms.

1. About the website

This website is owned and operated by Dr. Cem Smile Design clinic, located in Marigona Residence, Preoc, Kosovo. It is provided for general information about our cosmetic and restorative dentistry services and to allow prospective patients to request a consultation.

2. Information is not medical advice

All content on this website — including blog articles, service descriptions, pricing guides, and treatment information — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for an in-person clinical examination, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation by a qualified dentist. Always book a consultation before making decisions about dental treatment.

3. Pricing

Prices shown on the website are starting estimates. Final treatment cost is confirmed only after an in-person consultation and case assessment, where treatment scope, complexity, and material choices can be properly evaluated. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of consultation unless otherwise stated.

4. Booking and cancellation

• Consultation requests submitted through the contact form are not confirmed appointments until the clinic responds and proposes a date.
• Confirmed appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows for treatment appointments may incur a fee at the clinic's discretion.
• The clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of clinical emergency or unforeseen circumstance; you will be contacted as early as possible.

5. Dental tourism patients

Patients travelling from abroad are advised to:

• Schedule a video consultation before booking flights to confirm treatment plan and timeline
• Allow buffer days in the travel itinerary for unforeseen clinical adjustments
• Arrange independent travel insurance covering medical procedures

The clinic is not responsible for travel-related costs (flights, accommodation, transfers) if treatment scope changes or an appointment must be rescheduled.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the website
• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server, or any related systems
• Copy or reproduce site content (photographs, text, branding) for commercial use without written permission

7. Intellectual property

All branding, photography, written content, and design elements on this website are the property of Dr. Cem Smile Design or used under licence. You may share links to the website freely, but content may not be reproduced or republished without permission.

8. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party services such as Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dr. Cem Smile Design is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website itself (excluding clinical care provided at the clinic, which is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo and the relevant medical regulatory bodies).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pristina.
